The Parks and Recreation Department plans and directs year round recreational programs and operations. The Director of Parks and Recreation supervise an extensive seasonal staff in coordinating the many activities planned and related to recreation fields, courts, buildings, pool, marina and related facilities.

Join us in celebrating some of Falls many pleasantries: Apple Crisp Pies, Doughnuts, Breads and Apples. Apple Butter, Caramel Apples, Hotdog Roast, Live Music, Arts and Crafts, Pony Rides, Mechanical Bull and More..... The Outdoor Movie Follows, Beginning at Dusk.
Valid Park Passes Required with standard resident park pass guest privileges. Activities begin at 3:00pm. The cost is $3 per person, 4 and under free.
2014 Trick or Treating in The Village; Friday October 31st
The City's Annual Trick or Treating in The Village will take place on Friday October 31st from 3:30 to 4:45. Village Merchants will be passing out goodies at the store fronts and the Friends of the Grosse Pointe Public Library will be passing out free books.

Neff Park Ice Rink and Warming Room tentatively opens December 1st, 2014
Weather pending, the Ice Rink will be up and operational by December 1st, 2014. Please check back for updates on Ice Rink Conditions.
Neff Parks 10th Annual Winter Fest; Saturday January 31st at 1:00pm
The City's Annual Winter Fest is in its tenth year and is a wonderful opportunity to take pleasure in the winter weather. You will be able to experience various activities like curling, ice sculpting, ice skating, broomball, hockey shoot out, arts and crafts, warming fires, and much more. A catered meal will also be available for your enjoyment, $5 per person.
2015 All Pointes Daddy Daughter Dance; Saturday March 15th, 2015
The Fourth Annual All Pointes Daddy Daughter Dance will take place at Grosse Pointe South's Main Gym on Saturday March 15 from 7 - 9PM. Registration opens February 1st, 2015 with a cost of $8 per person. Registration includes a single stem rose, appetizers, refreshments, photo and dancing. Grosse Pointe Park Okulski Theater:
This winter City Residents are welcome to use Grosse Pointe Park's movie theater between November 15th and April 15th. City Residents must show a valid park pass to be admitted. No guests.
